  • Rest of the World: Orders are shipped from our location in Wroclaw, Poland.

Returns Policy

Cosmetic Products

  • Opened and Used Products: Cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened and used, unless you experience an allergic reaction. If you have an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately with details of your reaction and any relevant medical information. We may request that you return the product for assessment.

  • Unopened Products: Cosmetic products that are unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Supplements

  • Opened Products: Supplements may only be returned if the individual foil wrapping around the pills is unopened. Opened supplements cannot be returned.

  • Unopened Products: Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@naturelcollagen.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Shipping: Pack the product(s) securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
